Solved Making users visible

I know how to go under someone's profile and change each one individually to where they are not invisible, but they can easily change it back. How do I go on and change it to where no one can be invisible?

There is no option for this. You can make a rule saying you cant be hidden. If you do then you will get a warning etc...
