Making first post visible in all pages

Is there a way to make the first post of every thread visible at the top in all the pages of that thread?

I don't really understand you, can you explain a little more with screenshots?

I dont know whether it can be done in forumotion forums or not, so I am giving example from another forum. If thats inappropriate kindly delete.

Now in first page of the topic the first message is there. If you go to page2 of the topic, you can also see the first post, which is in a different color. Infact in all pages the first post appears at the top, so that posters can easily refer to it.

Yes you are clear, its currently not possible on forumotion.
