Admin control panel not responsive

quiet frequently my admin panel wont load up even after i clear the cache and try again, this happens for a few days every week, it makes updating the site very hard and not so often, my site is at Aegis Fleet

can someone please look into this issue, its same with FireFox and IE let me in for like 10 Min's this afternoon and now back to not loading up

Edit: OK one of my other admins can access the Admin CP but i still cant, Ive performed a spy-ware scan to see if that's what is stopping me but still no luck, any other suggestions.
