Hi guys im currently trying to make my 1st forum and im having a few problems which i hope someone may be able to help me out with .
The 1st problem is that somehow im not sure what i did is ive lost the option to put a picture at the top of the forum page Confused i was trying to insert a piccy but some how lost it all .
2nd problem is all the catagorys and following forums seem to be cascading down the page from left to right the further you go down the forum page , im not sure why or how to correct it so there all to the left of the page .

admin > display > pictures and colours > pics management > (advanced mode) > 'forum main logo' - enter url for your picture and save.

2nd problem is all the catagorys and following forums seem to be cascading down the page from left to right the further you go down the forum page , im not sure why or how to correct it so there all to the left of the page .

Not too sure what you mean, could you provide a screenshot, or a link to your forum

Ok, i see what you mean. I think its because you are attaching forums to forums instead of forums to categories. When you make a forum, in the box 'attached to' make sure you are attaching that forum to the category name and not the previous forum's name.

Whatever forums you have already created. Click on them to edit them.
    Admin Panel>General>Categories and Forums
    Click on the forum name.
Where it says Attached to: Select the category, under which the forum should come.

    To elucidate more,
for eg: the screenshot which i posted Gunners & matchday forums, have the Attached to: 'Arsenal' which is a category

You don't have to start over

For example - you have a category called admin and have a forum called guidelines and rules. click on the little orange cog beside guidelines and rules and check that fields are completed correctly ... i.e 'attached to' Admin - 'position this forum after' admin. Then for your forum called forum news .... 'attached to' Admin - 'position this forum after' guidelines and rules.

You just have to make sure that your forums are attached to the category and not the forums.

    Hi

It should work for all categories. Maybe if its not to much work, make a note of the category name and the forums to be contained it it. Delete the last 2 categories and start over, using the same process as before.

    Good luck
