Adverts

Hello all, I have recently made my first forum. Its been running 1 month today and has 42 members. Things are going well and I have got the hang of all the tools etc.

However today when I logged in I noticed "google advert" at the top of the homepage. And in each topic/catergory there are more random adverts. For example the "shoot the duck and win a lap top" Ad and other "dating" ads.

How can i stop these on my forum? They wern't there yesterday but suddenly today they are.

Any help is much apprichiated.

To get rid of the random ads in your forums/posts etc

admin > general > forum - configuration > 'Text ads activation (underlined) :
' click no and save - also make sure 'activate ads' is set to no (if you have that option) or guests

If the main header ads do not disappear after that you will have to buy credits.
