moving to phpbb3?

if i was to change my forum from 2 to 3, would i still have all the features and things ive customised remain the same?

would all posts and members be in tact too?

All posts and members will not change. Things you have customised may disappear.

Moving to a different provider is always a big annoyance, mainly because all your buttons and pictures are lost.
However, members and posts will remain the same

Its not a different provider, all hes doing is changing the way the forum is rendered (Style/layout and stuff)
