CSS help required please Empty CSS help required please

Hi folks,

CSS help required please Chatbox-header

As you can see from the above image, I have a small white 'gap' (see red arrow) to the top right of my chatbox which, after many hours of looking through the css I have been unable to track down the code where i might be able to change it which would get rid of that white space.

Can any more knowledgeable member help me in getting rid of it please?

Also have you previously edited the CSS for the chatbox?
