servimg image missing???

i need anyone help right away!!!

starting 4th of march all my images hosted on servimg are missing. So all the servimg-related-images on my forum are missing (nav button,background,homepage<<i have to delete this one because of that),.,.

u can see it on talenta.heavenforum.org, the background is turned to grey!

i've checked it on my servimg founder account, and appereantly all my images is still there,but no images at all!

on my root folder i can drag my mouse to highlight all my pictures and the pictures are still there, viewed as a small (about 2px) white squares.,.,.,.

is this problem just a temporary??or someone(or me) must do a thing to fix it???how do i do it??

I'm having the same issue http://www.tbla.forumotion.com The thing to notice is the lack of buttons or a header image. I've added those, and they're still showing up in servimg, and in my root folder, but not on the site for some of my users. At least one can see everything. So, I'm not sure if this is a browser issue (I upgraded my Firefox) and this is the ONLY site I'm having this issue in.

to put it simply,the image files are actually still hosted on servimg,i'm very sure of that,but theres something wrong on servimg servers that "tells" us that the image data(shape,colors,all the data that built an image file) is "blank",.,.,

for examples,if you draw a picture in Ms.Paint and save it as a JPEG file on your harddisk, the file contains all data about your picture(size of canvas/picture,each pixels colors and coordinations) in the form of a "language" that only the computer can understands and convert it to something that a human can understand, a picture. Because of something on your harddisk that suddenly change all the data of that image into "nothing/blank/none/zero" so that when the computer reads the existing broken file it converts the picture to us as "nothing",can be expressed by "blank picture with small canvas",little red X,"file is corrupted" message or something.

now take this example to servimg case where i actually don't lose my files,but somethings really going wrong on the server or my file on the server.



notice that all the files where there but no pictures showed at all?



the little blue box circled red is the image file i highlighted with my mouse,and i dont have any 2pixels white images stored in my account,.,.

note:two pictures above was also hosted by servimg on the same account,and it works.

anyone had a clue???

Host your images somewhere else, like photobucket.

Servimg seems to ALWAYS have some problem or another.

I rarely ever have a problem with images hosted from photobucket.
just copy the direct link for the images and reinstall them.

free ware are alway like this. that normal. it might be even worse going day by day as more and more forum they need to support with their limited bandwith and storage. bear with it. IT's FREE anyway

i want to use another hosting servers such as photobucket or imageshack, but the default image host for foumotion is servimg,everytime member wants to post an image, they just have to click on the "host image" button and they will automaticly sent to host their images on servimg with their automatic-built account.

its kinda troublesome to tell each member(or create another FAQ) saying "if u want to post an image,u must have an account either in photobucket or imageshack, the steps are bla bla bla, than upload your image by bla bla bla, finally copy your direct link and paste it on your reply form"

the imgserv problem still bothers me,anyone had any clue??or any servimg contacts?

I would reccomend that use use www.tinypic.com for image hosting as there woud be less problem.
