I just want to know if the following banner is legal (since it contains the ForuMonster logo) :

If this is illegal, then I will remove this banner immediately.

it its linking to this site or to the make a forums site then i dont think it is as long as its got some thing to do with this site i cant see it doing enything wrong but i dont know maybe you should hold out for a admin to say so but i think its ok Simple Question Mouais

I don't truley know if it's legal or not. I have no idea if the ForuMonster is copyrighted or not; but, I will fulfill your recommendation and just wait for an acknowledged staff member.

Under My Knowledge, It was never copyrighted, Other whise it wouldn't be in our administrator panels.

But in the ToS, it is still stated that all images by ForuMotion were ©️opyright.
