How do I add them pictures like on Manage the appearance of your forum you have a Paint brush and pallet how Do I add pics on my site?

Make a new forum, choose a name and at the bottom it will say image url and you put the image link in there.

no create a new forum in the category, or to put it in with a category that is already there have a look for this button How Do I add Them Pictures? Editer and then scroll down to you see image url.

You don't have to create a new forum. Go to General>> Categories & Forums>> Click How Do I add Them Pictures? Editer on the forum you want to add an image>> Paste the url>> Save.
