Category Buttons

Hi, I'm totally new and have never set up a forum before, and well: When I just got the hang of it and started to make som graphics for it I encountered a problem! The "Category Buttons" don't change when I upload a button picture.

I've searched for a related topic on this forum but it doesn't seem that anyone else as encountered the same problem.

At the moment there is the "Original Button Pictures" that I selected when I choosed the layout for the forum.

So, is there any box to check somewhere in order to get my buttons to work?
