There is something wrong with forumotion!
Some images show up as X's on my forum, and the admin panel has x's, too. This forum even has some images missing!
Help! Somebody fix it!

Hello,
Could you please give us a screenshot of the problem?
I believe the problem could be coming from the image hosting server, but cant tell for a fact until I have a screenshot
Trust me, there is NOTHING wrong with forumotion, or I wouldn't be here

Re: There is something wrong with forumotion!
I have had the same problem as well for several days. Here is an image of what the Quick Reply box looks like for me right now:

I would like to edit my post above, but I can't, because the edit/quote/report buttons are missing as well.
I wanted to add that this problem is only on this forum. I can go to my forum, or any other forumotion forum, and things are normal.

It is not fixed for me. If this helps anyone, I can see all the images in the widgets to the right. Also visible are the warning level, avatars, rank images, flags, gender/sign stuff, smilies, and the online indicator. I cannot see any buttons or other icons. I have checked and the images do exist on illiweb.com. They are also in the HTML properly. The missing images are all DOM nodes with defined ids or classes. Their space on the screen is collapsed as well, making me believe there is a CSS problem on this board.

The problem is NOT my browser.
I looked at the DOM of this page. The images not displayed are defined with a height of 0px and a width of 0px. That eliminates everything on my end and all but proves there is a bug in the PHP code of this forum.

Yea, I've been having that same problem here on the support forum. When the page loads, the images above 'Quick Reply' won't completely load.
This problem is still occuring with me, but it only does this on the support forum- none of my other forums. I assume it is a browser issue though.

I use my normal AOL internet browser, and this problem still occurs on the Support Forum.

Re: There is something wrong with forumotion!
OK, I'll try again. The DOM nodes for the images not displaying have heights and widths set to 0px. That proves it is NOT a browser problem. It's kinda hard for ANY browser to display an image that has its height and width set to 0px.
FWIW, I happen to be using Firefox with the DOM Inspector add-on. I duplicated the problem with Opera and Safari.
Fact is, as long as it doesn't propogate to my forum, I don't care if this SOFTWARE BUG is fixed or not. I know a little bit about DOM and CSS, so I stop by this forum to help people with their CSS problems. Mr. Mario, since you seem to know what's going on here, I'm happy to step back and let you work your magic with this issue.

I'm having a problem with it on my forum too. This is an issue that needs to be solved IMMEDIATELY! My forum looks so messed up, I haven't logged on it because a lack of will!

As for me, its just the logo on my forum.
Could it be something with the servming image or whatever that image hosting service is called?
