Homelength of the title of topic

length of the title of topic

When writing topic title, if it's short it doesn't allow me to publish topic, so my question is, is there an option in administration panel to change the limit for that? Thanks!

yes there is
Admin panel>General>Topics>then change it from 10 to which ever number you want
