Hello, I have a problem, members of the forum can not be registered, after the insertion of data, and confirmation code, is sent back to the beginning, stay only e-mail address.

the same problem is happening here, too. it just keeps sending me back to the first page, where we place our info
It happened with this forum, as well. I tried to register, but failed
And changing the activation mode is not working. it does the same thing

Please, if someone has a solution
