Banner problems! Empty Banner problems!

Hi guys! I have problems with the size of my Banner!! I mean for me it works well.. its in the middle of the hp. BUT when other ppl go on my hp *with a diffrent resolution like 1280x768 or another resolution* the Banner is no more in the middle ... can someone help me?

my resolution ==> 1440x900

MY friend who went to www.gamerzstyle.net had only a 15 zoll monitor .. and 1280x768 resolution .. i think its because of his monitor ... because the Banner was not in the middle .. it was pushed to the side .. but for me and some others it works fine .. i want to know if the banner is in the middle for u guys? else i gotta find a way to get it right
