Gallery Problems - both managing & layout problems.

I talk about one of these problems elsewhere because I thought it was specific to the theme.  But I've since seen it on another theme so I'm also going to talk about it here.

First I noticed while trying to set this up that I can't switch the order of the categories & albums.  Trying to get things at the top to go down sends them all the way down.  Trying to get things at the bottom to go up sends them all the way up.  Trying to have things in the middle move up or down...some go all the way up or all the way down & some go no where.



Otherwise, & this is the one happening on at least 2 themes, in IE it looks like this:

In Firefox I can right click & view background image.  This is the image link: http://hitskin.com/themes/15/34/83/i_background.jpg.

It's supposed to look like this:
 

It's not working like it's supposed to in Firefox & it's showing up as an x in IE.

I also just noticed on the pic navigation some of the pics are so big they're dropping down a tad.



Any help fixing these problems would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately none of these problems have been solved.  And they are global because I just checked out another theme on another site & same problem.
