Solved overlapping posts!?

ok did not know the best way to describe it other than when I try to post in my forum if it is a longer post it turns out like this. What am I doing Wrong??

Try using firefox, also clear your cache. Hit ctrl + F5

See if the problem persists.

yeah i tried that....... it seems to be in the template that I was using. swapped that out and its fine now.
