Banner Overlapping- Help! Empty Banner Overlapping- Help!

Post by TR Thu Dec 17 2009, 21:38

Hi,
today I descovered when I made my window smaller, my forum's banner overlapped the main body of my forum; As well as the navbar. I tried this on The Forums of Forums (Same version of forum) and the banner did not overlap; It was just cut off. The obvious answer would be to "resize" the banner, but on the fullscreen view it looks fine, and Forummotion's banner is very wide. I would imagine a CSS code could fix this. How do I fix this?

Here are screenshots to describe what I mean:

I think you need to increase the forum width to adjust the banner of that size.

The forum's width is long enough for the banner to fit until you make the page window smaller; So I don't think thats it.

And again, FM's banner is quite wide. Thanks for the input though Smile Anyone else?

when you said you make the window smaller do you mean minimizing or do you mean you change the size of your computers appearance in the properties?

if you can post the link to your forum. it's most likely an easy fix but i need to see what it looks like with my computer.

i belive the computers standard size of display is 1024x768 pixels.. but that all depends on how one whats it too.
