Credits not showing in my gallery storage space

I've spent credits on my gallery storage space, but no matter how much I spend...it still only shows and allows 10mb.

Help!

Its a known glitch you will need to contact Typlo.

I've tried PM'ing him/her...no answer. Is there a better way to contact?

Typlo is a busy man and he cant get to everyone's PM's You will just have to wait.

It takes up to 72 hours to get credits to show.

okay...I'll be patient and wait for him to get to my issue. It's been WAY over 72 hours since I've spent the credits.
