Solved Problem With The Forums Graphics

Whenever I view my forum in Internet Explorer, the graphics rarely show up.
With the exception of the logo.
None of the buttons show up.
But on Google Chrome and Firefox they show up fine.

Can someone please help me with this

It looks fine on IE for me.
