Registration Question Empty Registration Question

ummmmmmmmmmmmmm

When someone registers, he has to go to his email to press the activation link so that he can be activated!

can i change that? i just need when someone registers he is automatically activated and can post and etc...

As far as im aware...i dont think thats possible.
And i would'nt recommend it.

it is admin > users and groups > user options > click automatic activation and save

Thanks mate BUT on the (automatic activation) there are 2 options one is (User) and one is (admin) now do i click on admin or user?

Admin panel >> Users & groups >> Users >> User options >> New account activation >> Auto Activation User or Admin

Gerrard, you chose NEITHER.

Do you see the words "Automatic Activation" to the left of it there should be a circle, click on it, and then click save.

members should then automatically be activated.

There is no option where i can chose neither!

Hmm, since there is no option for your forum, I'd say you best stick with User due to security reasons. But if the user cannot activate him/herself, you can always activate them through the Administration Panel.
