Field Edit Problem

I want to add a lable to a list in the profiles. The legend ( Delete and Add) are shown, but there isn't any Delete and Add buttons.

Go to your admin panel>Users & Groups>Users>Profiles>Profile fields>fields>Click >Add a field>Type>Select a list>you will then see this:

You can now create what you want,and you'll see the button.
