i have a flash tag problem

Hi
I'm actually haveing a flash tag problem here on the forumotion support forum.
i'm trying to get my video for the forumotion movie contest to show up but it dont seem to be working? i quoted a few others post and tried how they have it but it still did not work?

i'm, not sure what i'm supposed to put in the dimensions thing when clicking on the flash tag? i guess that's a dimension thing?not sure what it's for but i cant get it to work
