Solved copy a topic to all categories

Because i can't make one global Announcement in my forum, i want to ask you if it is possible to copy a topic in all categories so then make it Announcement?

This forum doesn't allow this, at this moment in time.

However you could use the advertisement:

Display > Homepage> Generalities.
