admin/mods cant post announcements and stickies

admin/mods cant post announcements and stickies when making a new post. POLL can't also be added in new posts by members, including admin/mods. is there a way to fix this?

Can you post a screenshot of the section below the place where you type in the post?

For an admin's view:

Click on the options & add a poll, there must be a small symbol somewhere on that options bar & Add a poll bar.

Hiding the widgets, does it bring back that symbol?

Topic Icons.

Add the icons there.

Is Lizzie allowed to use those icons? I thought theyre copyright ...

there should be a Lil plus and minus sign on the right hand side of the options and polls bar that opens it.Try pointing your cursor over the right hand side of one of those bars and see if something highlights?

Changing the skin fixed it perfectly. Those little plus and minus signs weren't there in PHBB2
