Solved Signature not showing up

I think I saw this topic a few days ago...but eh.

Basically that, none of the signatures are showing up. Is it an admin panel issue or is it a user issue? Cac someone help me figure it out?

Hello,
Administration Panel=>Users&Groups=>Users option=>Allow signatures=>All members=>Save.
Profile=>Preference=>Always attach my signature=>Yes=>Save.
