Solved Google Text sitemap

Ok, I have followed these instructions to the "T". https://help.forumotion.com/frequently-asked-questions-f5/text-sitemap-t9480.htm My question is for step #6.
To submit a sitemap on google in the Google Webmaster Tools, the url of my site is already shown with an empty submit box.
Do I just add sitemap-h1.htm (which this is what I done) in the empty box or do I again add my url+sitemap-h1.htm?

just the sitemap. It will create the URL for you, as no doubt you already found out Wink
