Removing Homepage and what is the RPG mod?

I am having a problem. In my chatbox there is a little box about the size of a subject textbox, when I Click on it and drag down it starts scrolling! I think this is the homepage but...

• I didn't want it in the first place
  
• It's too small to see anyway

How do I remove it?
