Forum Wiped Clean

my forum did the same as everyone elses got wiped clean. i tried the utensil backup and three times and it didn't work... i banned my co-admin because i thought it was her but it wasn't seems like its happening all over and now i don't know what to do!!!!

according to another thread on this subject the forumotion team is french? and therefore no one is available yet to address the back up and restoration. I am going to wait it out rather than try to back up on my own....which I cannot anyway as that function will not accept my login information. however forumotion and mods feel free to address this problem for us?
