Admins can't access my admin panel

I've set up 2 admins on my forum, but when the forums/categories disappeared the other day, so did the Admin panel for my admins. How can I get the privileges back to them?

What exactly do I do here?? I went here and backed up when my forum/cat were all gone. But I don't see how to fix the face my admins have no privileges.

Just replace the "help.forumotion.com" bit with ur forum's url.

I can't figure out how to help them from the admin panel either. I've taken their admin privileges away, and reinstated them. It's not my cookies that need clearing because it happened to BOTH my people that I named as Admin. <shrug>

*I* (the creator of the forum) can still get in the admin panel. But my admins can't.

Do they have permission to access the admin panel?

Admin panel >> Users & groups (tab) >> search user > click on their account, then click on "perrmissions" > change "user: to "administrator" > save.

They should have access to the admin panel now

Thanks!! I had it set like that but it got messed up a few days ago. Then I had them set as admin in their profile, but not through the permissions tab.
