Can anyone tell me how to modify the Welcome Message on the top of our forum such that it shows our name and no. of posts

I need a Welcome Message for example like this

WELCOME TO THE FORUM
Hello DarkPrince,
You have (Blah) No. of posts
Keep posting and have fun

This is it

For Example a User called Gohan Comes to the forum
The welcome message should be like this

WELCOME TO THE FORUM
Hello Gohan,
You have (Blah) No. of posts
Keep posting and have fun

And so on for other users
So can anyone help me?
