Bars for the character sheet Empty Bars for the character sheet

Hi, I have a little problem with the bars in the character sheet. I need 4 bars - blue, purple, red and green. I put this in the full bar, but I don't like them -

Can someone give me bars for the character sheet in blue, red, green and purple, please
