Fix the code "control panel for user"

It seems be error when Tonya post html code, all of them become bbcode (https://help.forumotion.com/tricks-tips-f32/control-panel-for-users-t42100.htm)

In the picture, I see html code but the TUT show bbcode :

Please fix it.

The bbcode when entered into while creating a html page or widget, converts the bbcode into html.

Heres the fix code(it will too change into bb but it works fine)
