need an option for showing links and codes

i need an option for my froum
i want when people who are not a member are watchin the forum, the links or codes be shown like this

you are not a membere pleas log in or register to see the link

You said only for users who are not members.

There is no option in the admin panel for members.
The link i gave works only for guests.

let me explain it again sir..

i dont want to force guests to register by using pop up.
i want guests do not see the download codes which are placed in the forum pages.

you mean the html pages?
Its not possible, since you will create nav buttons for the html pages.

If you are talking about in posts?
Then just don't give them permissions to see the forum.
Or make it visible & Use this
