Ok the words for people's profile is white how do you change it to black? Prob use css but which part of css should i edit?

Admin Panel>>User & Groups Tab>>Then Click on Profile>>Then Click on Missing profile words Editer on what ever needs fixing>>Click on colors and change the color to black>>Save

To change the profile words like gender, posts, birthday which link should i change the color?
