Getting Connection from my forum

Just started to get this error from my forum:

Error Code 10061: Connection refused

address is http://vstrom.all-up.com

Didn't try from other computer though.

no worries, asked a friend and he can enter. might be due to problems with my firewall.

Yes that error code "10061" is normally because:

No connection could be made because the target computer actively refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the foreign host—that is, one with no server application running.

So yes as you have already stated its is because of your Firewall, most likly.

All I can say is well... if you know anything about firewalls, change your settings, if not, do not fear to post a new topic!
