Deleted First Forum Category How Can I rebuild Empty Deleted First Forum Category How Can I rebuild

Hi everybody Im very new to forum management and by accident I deleted Your First ForumCategory and now only left with basket. How can I remake that category again... I was trying to add more categories below the first one and kind of messed things up... Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks very much for your time. Embarassed
