domain free year ????????

i bought my domain last year and it said but one year and get the second year free , i did post a while back that in admin it was asking me to renew and mods on here said it would update automatically ,so today i go and my members go to on to find a total different web page . I want some answers soon as i was promised and there was no terms apart from being active for a year which we we have been .A year free and i have not got it ,i will be contacting trading standards if this is not sorted as it was promised

2nd year free is not being given out anymore.

thats not fair ,they could have sent an e-mail to all regarding tis matter ,when they supposedly stopped it . i'm taking this matter further
