Add an attachment or picture

When posting in most of the forums I am on, on the web at the bottom of the posting screen there is an area to add an attachment usually by clicking the "browse" button. After clicking on the browse button you can go through your files and post a picture. My forum's posting screen does not have this " add an attachment" section, but I want it to. Is there a way that I can enable the atachment section? I can add a poll but that is it.
Since my computer is slow it is much easier to post some pictures this way rather than directly in the text.

ok is there any way to make it easier to post a picture? to make it more "user friendly"?

I'd get an account over at PhotoBucket or ImageShack. Upload the pictures from your computer and just copy the image tags.

is there anyway you will be making an attachment modification to add to the forums please as this would seem likr the best idea
