title problem!! Empty title problem!!

Please help me ASAP!!
alot of my members told me they cant change their message title after they posted it.
In the past they could, but now it just stay the same after they change it.
Its really innoting and I dont know what it is!
Please help me!!

maybe this will help go to

admin panel > general > meseges and emails > configaration > scroll down to topics > alow the modification of the topic title > yes > save
