Solved title/url problem

hi all i made a new forum but i have a main big problem


every time i make a forum it starts with egyption descriptions (sorry for bad English)

egyption descriptions like forumegypt.net,moontada.com


i wanna it like forumotion.com,forum2x2.net


please help
