Visited links especially on Home page

my forum colours are all nice and pretty e.t.c aprt from after you click a forum on the hoempage

for example if i clciked off topic forum then once i go back to the homepage the link is no longer white but blue.

I have changed the visited link colour back to white and saved it sevral times but still turns that manky blue
