I need a Technician (Chatbox)

Okay, for some reason I cannot post in the "In need of a technician" category, so I need to post it here. The chatbox on my forum has gotten completly stupid. It started off as just not being able to see the writing unless logged in to the chatbox. Today I had to refresh everything in order to even see the posts in the chatbox (I think it is fixed, for now). Could you please fix this, or if there is a way how I could fix this? Thank you!
