Entire Backup of your Forum?

I have reason to fear that if i make a certain individual an admin, they might completely trash my forum

Is there a way of saving a backup so if something like this happens then i can easily replace what i have lost?

There is no way you can save it to your computer.

I was linked to that before from when i was looking but i logged in and changed my password and was linked back to my forum.

No idea what it did.

Edit: Didn't notice the thing at the bottom where it says backup.
