How do you make new User options on the Post?

Ok, i'm not sure what these are called, hense why i'm sure the subject name didn't mean much to you. But, what i'm talking about are the buttons (Bold, Italic, Underline, Strike THru, Align, dot points)etc. What i wanted, was a button that made a posting format. See where it has the blue square, and black background? Thats called an Important code, and i want to know, please, if it's possible to make one on Forumotion. To make the important code, you do something like this:

Hey, i like cheese

We can't make our own BBCodes on forumotion. So this is not possible, I think.
