problem with WORDS COLOUR :O

yes i am a noob Sad Sad Sad
i dunno how to change the text colour

well the message colour is grey
like what i am typing now.

how to change it 2 black?
i tried the picture and colours
and change the text colour to black but no effect..

any solution?
