Table isn't displaying properly Medium_76008

As you can see some cells have too much room and some have too little.
This is the favorites page.
and no matter how much css I put to it, it doesn't want to change.

I am using PHPbb2, so I have access to the template things where I can alter them, but I don't know where this is, if it's anywhere at all.
Hoping someone can solve this.

Just a wild suggestion...

Try this please:

ACP=>General Tab=>Forum=>Configuration=>Pages structure=> Forum width (number or %)=>Set to 98%{Can be more}=>Save

Didn't work. Only made my forum wider, which I'd rather not do.
