Add Meta Tag

Please I need to add this to my web site but I can't seem to get it right

<meta http-equiv="PICS-Label" content='(PICS-1.1 "http://www.classify.org/safesurf/" L gen true for "http://www.bloodwarriorsclan.com" r (SS~~000 3 SS~~005 3))'>

This tag is for a www.safesurf.com site.

When I goto http://www.safesurf.com/inspect and insert my address though it say's that it's not there.

I tried

Display/Generalities/Additional tags

In The Name I placed PICS-Label
In the other I placed (PICS-1.1 "http://www.classify.org/safesurf/" L gen true for "http://www.bloodwarriorsclan.com" r (SS~~000 3 SS~~005 3))

I thought that would work but it hasn't. Please help

Never Mind I resolved this myself thank you anyway sorry for the trouble.
