Image Uploading Empty Image Uploading

Well, i go to my ACP-->Pics management-->Advanced
Then when I click upload button and try to upload something it either says No picture selected for upload or I'm not logged in. I tried uploading a random image as test on my other forum and it worked. I figure it's just my forum.

i have same problem on one of mines forums xP... but i upload picture on other image hoster... Smile
