I heard you need to add something at the end to it but when I made the rank it looked like it works.

If your colorizing only part of the rank name, you would use this:

<font color="red">Admin</font>istrator
(Would be shown: Administrator)

If you want the whole name, use this:
<font color=red>Administrator</font>
(Would be shown: Administrator
